In order to browse our Site, you are not required to provide any personally identifiable information. However, if you do provide any such information through the Site, this Privacy Policy will apply to Company's use of such information. Your use of the Service is governed by and subject to the Terms of Use and nothing herein shall modify the Terms of Use.

Information We Collect
Information You Provide. Visitors to the Site are not required to disclose any personally identifiable information to browse the Site. When you sign up for and use the Service, we ask you for basic personal information, including your name, email address, and mobile telephone number. We may also request or allow you to enter additional information such as your profile photo, fitness discipline(s) (e.g., yoga, cycling, HIIT, Pilates, strength training), teaching locations or venues, and similar professional information. When you use our Service, you may provide additional information including Class Plans, Playlists, class schedules, and related content.
Third-Party Music Service Data. When you connect a Third-Party Music Service account (such as Spotify or Apple Music) to ClassComposer, we may receive certain information from that service, including your display name, profile information, and music library data necessary to provide playlist-building and music search features. We do not store your Third-Party Music Service passwords. Authentication is handled through secure OAuth or similar protocols provided by the Third-Party Music Service. We access your music data only as necessary to provide the Service's features and in accordance with the Third-Party Music Service's API terms.
Cookies and Similar Technologies. When you use the Service, we may send one or more cookies to your computer or use tags to track your use of the Service on your mobile device. We use the information provided by cookies or tags to improve the quality of our Service, including for storing user preferences, improving search results, and tracking user trends.
Automatically Collected Information; Log Information. When you visit the Site or access the Service via a browser, application, or other client, our servers automatically record certain information. These server logs may include information such as your web request, your interaction with the Service, how long you visit a page, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request, and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your account. When you use the Service on your smartphone or other mobile device, we collect information regarding device type, operating system, IP address, and device ID. We do not share your personal information as linked with your IP address or device ID with third parties.
User Communications. When you send email or other communications to us, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests, and improve our services. AI Feature Interaction Data. When you use AI-powered features of the Service (such as playlist suggestions, class plan feedback, or content recommendations), we collect and process the data you provide to those features, including Class Plan details, playlist preferences, fitness discipline information, class structure, and any other content you submit to AI Features. We also collect information about your interactions with AI-generated suggestions, such as which suggestions you accept, modify, or reject, in order to improve the Service.
How We Use and Share Information
Responding to Your Requests. If you have provided us information in connection with a request to receive information from us about our products or services, we will use your personally identifiable information to fulfill your requests. If you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list, you may do so by contacting us at support@classcomposer.app or by using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
Administering the Service. We use information you provide and information we automatically collect to administer the Service, to allow you to use the Service, and to diagnose problems with the Service. If applicable, we use information to process payments for the Service. We will also analyze your information and use of the Service in order to improve and customize your experience, including remembering information so you will not have to reenter it and providing access to your data. We may also use such information to contact you regarding Service changes, system maintenance and outage issues, account issues, or to otherwise troubleshoot problems.
Third-Party Music Service Integrations. In connection with your use of Third-Party Music Services through ClassComposer, we transmit necessary data (such as search queries, playlist selections, and playback commands) to the applicable Third-Party Music Service to facilitate the Service's features. This data is transmitted in accordance with the applicable Third-Party Music Service's API terms and policies. We do not sell or share your Third-Party Music Service data with any parties other than the applicable Third-Party Music Service for purposes of providing the Service.
Artificial Intelligence Providers. To power AI Features such as playlist suggestions, class plan feedback, and other current and future AI-powered capabilities, we transmit certain of your Data to third-party AI Providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or other commercially available providers) for processing. We use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize the inclusion of personally identifiable information in data transmitted to AI Providers and transmit only the data reasonably necessary to provide the applicable AI Feature. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any AI Provider we partner with maintains reasonable protections for any personally identifiable information or user content disclosed to them. AI Providers may process your data in accordance with their own terms of service and privacy policies. ClassComposer reserves the right to use whichever AI Providers and models it determines are best suited for each use case and may add, change, or remove AI Providers at any time.
Company Service Providers. We will disclose information to our service providers that work on our behalf or with us to fulfill your information requests and to provide the Service. We do not permit these providers to use your information other than as necessary to provide the services to us.
Other Disclosures. We may disclose your information if we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or other governmental or law enforcement request; (b) enforce our Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations; (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect against or mitigate harm to the rights, property, or safety of Company, its users, or the public as required or permitted by law.
With Permission. If we use your personal information in a manner different than the purpose for which it was collected or other than as disclosed in this policy, then we will ask for your consent prior to such use.
Aggregate and Non-Personally Identifiable Information. We may also use your non-personally identifiable information, including as aggregated with other users' non-personally identifiable information, to analyze use of our Service, including to improve the Service. We may also share such aggregate information with third parties. This may include aggregated information about popular fitness disciplines, class structures, or general music preferences, but will never include personally identifiable information.
Except as set forth herein or in our Terms of Use, we will not provide your personally identifiable information to any unaffiliated parties for marketing or other purposes without your consent.
Data Retention
If you provide personal information to us through the Service, you may request that we delete such personal information from our active system by sending an email to support@classcomposer.app. Upon your request or if you cancel your registration for the Service, we will take reasonable steps to remove your personal information from the Service in accordance with our standard processes, but in any event within 60 days; but you understand and agree that: (i) we may retain non-personally identifiable information indefinitely; and (ii) copies of your information may be retained in our databases and backup files and systems, which information will be held by us in accordance with this policy and will be destroyed in accordance with our routine procedures. Even after you remove information from or delete your account, copies of that information may remain viewable elsewhere to the extent it has been shared or copied by you. We may retain certain information if required by applicable law or to prevent or investigate misconduct or fraud even if deletion has been requested.
Third-Party Music Service Data
When you disconnect a Third-Party Music Service from ClassComposer, we will cease accessing your data from that service and will delete any cached data from that service within a reasonable time. Please note that disconnecting a Third-Party Music Service from ClassComposer may affect the functionality of Playlists and Class Plans that reference music from that service.
Your use of Third-Party Music Services is governed by the applicable Third-Party Music Service's own privacy policy and terms of use. We encourage you to review those policies. ClassComposer is not responsible for the privacy practices of any Third-Party Music Service.
Artificial Intelligence and Data Processing
The Service uses artificial intelligence and large language model ("LLM") technologies provided by commercially available third-party AI Providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and others) to offer features including playlist suggestions, class plan feedback, content recommendations, and other capabilities. ClassComposer reserves the right to introduce new features and use cases that leverage AI and LLM technologies as the Service evolves. This section describes how your data is handled in connection with these AI Features.
Data Transmitted to AI Providers. When you use AI Features, we may transmit your Class Plan details, playlist preferences, fitness discipline, class structure, and related content to AI Providers for processing. We use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize the personally identifiable information included in these transmissions and transmit only the data reasonably necessary to provide the applicable AI Feature.
Data Protection by AI Providers. ClassComposer takes reasonable steps to ensure that any AI Provider with which it partners maintains reasonable protections for any personally identifiable information or user content disclosed to that provider. Such steps may include reviewing the AI Provider's privacy and security practices, entering into data processing agreements where appropriate, and selecting AI Providers that offer commercially reasonable data protection measures. However, once data is transmitted to an AI Provider, that provider's own privacy policy and terms of service govern their handling of that data.
AI Provider Data Retention. AI Providers may retain data transmitted to them in accordance with their own data retention policies. ClassComposer cannot control or guarantee the data retention practices of AI Providers, but will use commercially reasonable efforts to select AI Providers whose data practices are consistent with our obligations to you.
AI Training. ClassComposer will use commercially reasonable efforts to configure AI Provider services so that your Data is not used to train general-purpose AI models, where such configuration options are available from the AI Provider. However, ClassComposer cannot guarantee that AI Providers will not use data in ways permitted by their own terms of service.
Selection of AI Providers and Models. ClassComposer reserves the right to use whichever AI Providers and models it determines, in its sole discretion, are best suited for each use case within the Service. ClassComposer may add, change, or remove AI Providers at any time. We will update this Privacy Policy to reflect material changes to our AI data practices. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated practices.
Corporate Events
If we become involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of our assets, your information may be included in the assets sold or transferred to the acquirer. You hereby agree that we may transfer or assign the information we have collected from you in connection with any such event. In the event of a bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, we may not be able to control how your personal information is treated, transferred, or used.
Information Security
We will take reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. However, we cannot guarantee its absolute security or that unauthorized persons will not access or use your personal information for improper purposes. We are not responsible for third-party circumvention of any privacy or security measures on the Site or Service. Social Media Sites. We may have pages or other presence on various social networking sites or services. Any information you post or provide through such sites and services will be subject to the policies of those sites and services.
Links. The Site or Service may provide links to third-party websites for your convenience and information. If you access those links, you will leave the Company's Site or Service. We do not control those sites or their privacy practices, which may differ from our practices and policies. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites. The personal data you choose to give to unrelated third parties is not covered by our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any company before submitting your personal information.
Location of Servers. Our servers are located in the United States of America. If you are accessing the Site and Service from outside the United States, please be advised that through your continued use of the Site or Service, which is governed by U.S. law and this Privacy Policy, you are transferring your personal information to the United States and you consent to that transfer and the maintenance and processing of such information in the United States.
Information of Children. The Service is not intended for use by minors under the age of eighteen (18). If we learn that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly take reasonable and appropriate actions to remove such user and delete any personal information from our servers.
Tracking. We do not track or collect personal data about your online activities once you leave the Site or Service.
